Disciplinary law

In the field of medical disciplinary law and the right of complaint, we act for health care institutions and for professional practitioners, within the meaning of the Dutch Healthcare Professionals Act (BIG Act), such as medical doctors, dentists, pharmacists, mental health psychologists, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, midwives and nurses.

We also support other professional practitioners, such as lawyers, in cases relating to disciplinary law and the right of complaint.
